MEET DELIA!

Delia is a London-based actress, model, writer, producer and mental health and well-being specialist.

ACTOR

Acting is a form of pure magic to me. It's a liberating experience that allows me to transcend my ego and become someone else for a while.

I find a gentle form of empathy in acting, as I try to break the barriers between myself and the character.

I'm fascinated with the endless possibilities of what it means to be human and I'm eager to explore them all.

WRITER

'Although, as an actress, I have always been excited to follow a director's vision, I strive to create my own world as an artist and creator. Writing is free diving for me and my most personal form of expression of all.

PRODUCER

Delia's debut as a producer,"Visualization", premiered in London in July 2022 and has been selected for numerous film festivals across five continents, receiving the qualification for Oscar consideration, and submitted to the 96th Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences event (Oscar Awards 2023).

She is now as well in the process of making her debut film as a writer and producer.

SPEAKER AND COACH

Mental Health & Wellbeing Specialist

Delia is a passionate advocate for human rights and mental health. With experience volunteering and working for charities such as Mindful Moms, MIND U.K. She started volunteering at 18 for Save The Children, and she has dedicated much of her adult life to these causes.

Delia has studied Mental Health and Wellbeing in London and is currently conducting workshops for building resilience for actors in London, continuing her efforts to support and empower other people in the industry.
